Dr Sandeep Arora is the principal dentist and founder of Dentessence. Before starting his own practice, Sandeep worked at various notable private practices as well as in the public health system. Having gained a wealth of experience, Sandeep was ready to tread his own path and established Dentessence in 2010. Since then Dentessence has grown rapidly and not just with patients but a community has been created, the Dentessence family.
Sandeep’s drive to continue to be at the forefront of dentistry and interest in smile correction has led him to undertake numerous courses focused on Dental Implants, Invisalign, Veneers, Gum Contouring and Botox™ for TMJ concerns, to add to his ever expanding tool-kit. His continual desire to grow professionally has led him to undertake a 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry at The University of Melbourne as well as a 2 year training certificate in Orthodontics. He also shared his love for learning by taking time out of his private practice each week to teach undergraduate dental students at The University of Melbourne for a number of years.
During his 20 year dental career, Sandeep has achieved a number of professional and personal milestones that have made him the dentist and person that he is today. Once you’ve met him, it’s easy to see that Sandeep really loves what he does and his patients’ appreciate his calm nature, gentle approach and demeanour.
Outside of work, Sandeep’s loves the chaos of his two young children or finding a quiet spot to read, with a tea or a pinot.
